At Traditions and Gestures, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Due to the nature of customized and bulk corporate orders, our return policy is as follows:

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof (images/videos) of damage is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Bulk corporate orders
  • Used or opened items

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Replacement

We may offer replacement instead of refund for damaged items.
